You can cancel your ProofHour subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
The 30-day free trial needs no cancellation. Nothing is charged during it, and if you never subscribe it simply ends.
If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Email us and say which charge you mean. Refunds are returned through iyzico to the card or account the payment came from — we cannot send one anywhere else. Once we approve it, how long it takes to appear is up to your bank, and is usually a few working days.
After 14 days we do not refund a charge that has already been taken, but you can still cancel and you will not be charged again.
If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
Cancelling is not deleting. Your account and its records stay until you delete them, and you can export everything at any time. Deleting your account is a separate action, described in the Privacy Policy.
